I must say Irvine Property Management is the WORST management company EVER. They truly have horrible customer service (and thats IF they call you back). They have an "emergency maintenance" request line that if you leave a message, email, or even go to the office, you will not be helped. They are the slowest, laziest, non-proffesional slackers ever. Our lease is up soon and as much as I love our apartment, I am moving because of them and that is the truth. Please reconsider renting from them as you will regret it. I have rented in OC for about 12 years and they have by far been the worst. Nothing can even compare.

i.e., A locThis is a shady company with poor customer service. Things that I mail to them mysteriously go missing - and twice they have accused me of not paying my rent, which I did pay. They first time it happened, the owner's daughter called and spoke very rudely to a friend of mine, who happened to answer the phone. She didn't bother asking for me when she called and just went right into details relating to my personal information - and made threats about what would happen if the rent wasn't paid. Very unprofessional. When he told her that he was not the tenant, she was extremely rude to him. The second time it happened, they didnt even bother calling, they just left a "pay rent or exit" letter at my door. I had proof of payment, but by the time I found the letter, it was Friday evening and they were closed for the weekend. They also do not return phone calls in a timely manner and any time I need maintenance, it is a hassle. Don't let this company manage your rental and don't rent from them. This is the worst company I have ever rented from.al favorite, or highly recommended because
