About Shawn Moore I began my mortgage career over 26 years ago and owned and operated my mortgage brokerage firm successfully for ten years. I then went on to GMAC/Ditech and within the first 60 days became their top producing mortgage banker out of over 300 loan officers and set many loan volume records. I was then recruited by a large retail lender to be their SVP and manage over 350 loan officers and 20 sales teams. I always felt something was missing and it was that personal service that clients deserve. The mass production "you are just a number" companies never appealed to me.
