Never before have I found much use for insurance brokers. That all changed when I began working with Mary Smith co-proprietor at Lagerlof & Associates. This woman works long hours and goes well above and beyond what she contracts for. She is worth her weight in gold; she is amazingly knowledgeable in the world of insurance, is sensitive and really understands confidentiality. I've been working with her for nearly 10 years now, and cannot imagine doing ANYTHING with insurance that I would not run past her first. And then, she usually ends up doing it for me! (not the goal-- this is just the kind of person she is!)
