I was locked out of my apartment with my keys in the house as well as my garage opener the manager was home who lives on sight would not open my door. She said that's not an emergency I'll open it Monday this was Saturday....she just told the emergency person she wont open it. I am 67 no where to stay for 2 nights also my dog was in the house she didn't care. I had to go to home depot rent a ladder with the help of my daughter who had to climb up the ladder 20' to the 2nd floor balcony to open the door. And they call this jamboree housing with a heart, what a joke!!!!! Nice human being right????

Jamboree Housing Corporation is nothing but pure fraud. I am permanently disabled and I applied for their new apartments at the new Arbor At Woodbury Apartments and I was picked as one of the first to have an apartment. The true fact is that they new my disability income and I could only afford an apartment at a certain price. They made the decision to go over the amount I could afford by $135.00 dollars. When I told them it was way over my budget they didn?t even try to work with me in any way what so ever. Their answer to me was that I turned down the apartment and just brushed me away. See this way they can push aside the real needy that they say they cater to so very much and select the people that have higher incomes so they can make a bigger profit. Jamboree Housing Corporation is not set up to help the low income disabled people in Irvine, they are only interested in profit and only profit! Shame on the city of Irvine for making such a great deal about how good they are.
