Analytical Planning Services is a privately owned professional and technical firm, providing project management and related support services, with offices throughout California, and with its corporate office in Irvine, Calif. Founded in 1990, it offers project management, project controls, and planning staff augmentation to large government contractors, public agencies and private firms. The company initially provided scheduling, estimating, document control, and claims analysis services to the construction industry, and this laid the foundations for a high-quality construction management firm. It was a natural progression to move up to further management services, and this evolution culminated in providing integrated management services. Analytical Planning Services has worked in various project categories, including health care, entertainment, infrastructure, ports and airports, education and water treatment.
