We also just had our loan completed and signed two days ago. They have exceeded our expectation. 4% with no closing cost....well I was hoping they could pay my taxes and insurance too..... I tried... I am glad that they locked my rate and the rate is much higher now. Wellsfargo just taking too long and we would recommend this company!

Lexington Home Loans... I really appreciated this company being straight forward, honest and having an integrity. I have been though enough of refinance in my days and well... I am over 65 years young...lol... Anyways, my existing bank offerred me a refinance rate and closing costs higher than Lexington even though I have great credit and have never been late in a payment in the 8 years I was with them. Loyalty, what loyalty.... I figure my bank would take care of me. I am a bit dissapointed with my bank. Nevertheless, 23 days I signed my loan document with Lexington. They went over my cost breakdown before my signing and I did took advantage of their no points programs. An old fart like me do enjoy few calls here and there. Lexington kept their promise and they have communicated with me every step of the way, was professional. This company deserve my 5 star excellent rating. Hope there are more companies like this. I usually don't take out the time to review at all but I have to this time around. I am a retired widow and am very careful about my finances and who I give my information to. I took the chance to refinance with this firm and am happy that I did. My Loan Officer listened to what I wanted exactly. My rate was locked in less than I was quoted and I was very happy. It took about 3 weeks to refinance even though they told me about 14 days but that was not a problem at all. I am saving quite a bit to enjoy my retirement. Thank you!
