well it's not a newer park, they are always having trouble with the cable being down, and quite often there was a problem with the wifi not working. It use to be a quite park, but since the new manager took over he rents to anyboby. there are drug dealers in the park now and alot of traffic and drug use. The owners, let a dog owner with her dog stay in the park after it has bitten three people including myself which it broke the skin. (she still lives there, so beware!) The showers are only cleaned once a week and not done very well. so it you like drugs, unclean showers, and dogs running thru the park this is the place for you!! Good Luck! Oh we did have somethings stolen from us also and the owners and managers did nothing!!!
