Equipment is in poor condition. Several of the pieces that have seats or cushioned area are cracked or torn so the scratch your skin. The equipment is not kept up very well. One woman came out with what looked like a 20 year old can of wd40 to stop the squeaking. It didn't last. I tried to use the excersise bike and the pedal was broke. I went to the treadmill that was open and it wouldn't work. The fitness woman came over and had to lay in the floor to flip a switch under it. Another woman working out said it had been like that for months. I never went back $35 a month for terrible equipment and the older woman who was talking on the phone to a friend obviously, someone said she was the owner! Well no wonder its run like that
