East Lincoln Middle School located in Iron Station, N.C., offers grades six through nine, is affiliated with the Lincoln County School District and serves more than 600 students. The school curriculum includes language, business, literature, algebra, geometry, physics, chemistry, biology, anatomy and physiology, American history, social studies, music, art and computer and physical education. The school library has a wide variety of books on subjects, such as language, science, social studies and computer technology. Its sports activities include baseball, football, volleyball, and track and field. East Lincoln Middle School also organizes parent-teacher association to assist in school activities. The school also involves itself in community services, such as health care programs. It also offers health care, transportation and foodservices.
