      With over 40 years in business in IRON River Oberlin's technicians rarely have to guess about anything.

      Fraud

      I took them a propane kitchen stove to troubleshoot and repair. They charged me $45 to take it in. A week and a half later they called with a ridiculous price for replacing the oven gas valve although they didn't even have a setup to test the stove and were just guessing about the problem. They had no intention of making a repair, only of offering to sell me a new stove and charging me for their pleasure defrauding me.
