My favorite place to get smokes! They have the some of the best deals in town! And all around the customer service is always excellent! The only thing that I dislike is the size when it's busy and everyone's packed in there but we all make it work! :D and I have my 2 favorite girls that always put a smile on my face and they always make my day!!

I was surprised to use my credit card for a purchase, to find that my credit card was misused at a Murphy USA station in iron mountain, MI. When I returned to the station to ask them what this additional $10 charge was, the cashier stated it was a preauthorization charge. I told her I didn't accept that excuse, as the card is either accepted or denied when swiped. She stated "well, $10 doesn't mean anything to me" and she proceeded to hand me ten dollars out of the register. I stated ". It doesn't mean anything to you because it came out of the register and not your own pocket". No apologies, or anything. I then wrote a letter to the corporate office. They called me and said there is no such thing as a preauthorization charge. They then stated stated that sometimes when a credit card is swiped on the machine, the info will stay in the machine and the next customer may be able pay for their purchase on someone else's card. I am shocked and appalled by this. The phone call proved that the cashier lied to me about this so called preauthorization charge. This phone call from the corporate office also proves that my credit card is NOT safe to use at their stations. So to everyone out there: DO NOT USE CREDIT CARDS AT MURPHY STATIONS. Your card is not safe. Check all your credit card statements regularly to prevent fraudulent charges.
