The Techs that I dealt with were great with my dog.

The doctors and the staff are very caring but most of all extremely knowledgeable.

I have been taking my mini schnauzers there for 7 years. I did my research when I moved here and this was my choice and I have no regrets. My dogs have seen all 5 of the doctors there and they are all knowledgeable and caring. I always get my questions answered and everything explained to me. When there are choices for treatment they are discussed. Prices are fair not cheap, but you get what you ay for. The facility is clean and the support staff caring and friendly. They have good hours too. I also love Dr Schumpert, but also Dr. Johnson, Dr Nicheu, Dr. Boyette and Dr Conner. Many surgeries are done there and also many treatments and lab procedures. Plus this clinic supports rescue as they are able.

Dr. Claude Schumpert has been caring for my 14 year old Yorkshire Terrier for several years. I brought him in around Christmas Eve just before closing. They stayed an hour after closing to treat him and get the lab work back. Once he raided a trash can and had to have surgery. They performed the surgery within two hours of seeing him and kept me informed on the weekend. Preppie has kidney disease and Dr. Schumpert explains everything to me in detail. When I call him about things I have read or heard, he promptly returns by calls and goes over everything. There is always someone available to treat him promptly and everyone is very knowledgeable and caring. I highly recommend them.

Dr. Claude Schumpert is the best vet I know. Due to limitations on distance, I unfortunately no longer am able to go to him for business, but in an emergency he would be the only person I would trust in a life and death situation. This vet's office helped me when no other animal shelter or vet would. I know long hours and extra care go into every pet he treats.
