Very confused bunch. The people in front don't know what's going on in the shop. The shop people there self don't know what there doing. A bunch of first graders I think could fix an Rv better than these people. The old man Johnny is a rip off. Yes your friend when your giving money. But when his shop couldn't repair my trailer. Keystones offered to build me a brand new unit. Johnny got mad because Keystone would not let him give me a 2016 off his lot that's been there sense 2015. They told me the seals would probably be bad and they didn't want me too have any more problems. So Johnny tells them that he will not do the paperwork for me on a new unit. If I don't take the old one he has his not having nothing to do with it. Mine is a 2017 by the way. And I paid 41,000 for mine. But Johnny wanted me to take a two year old trailer from him for the same price. So now I have to travel sixty miles away to another dealership to swap my unit out. But these people are going to do the transfer for me. Don't deal with this crook. Go to Texas or Lafayette to buy you a trailer. Your going to end up going there to get your unit fixed properly anyway. DONT BUY FROM THESE PEPOPE TRUST ME YOU WILL REGRET IT. They will really make any repair look like carp.

Had an Andersen ultimate fifth wheel hitch installed. Should've went with my gut on this place. They installed a 2nd rated beat up rusty hitch and rails, and old rusted hardware onto my truck. When I requested a refund and wanted the JUNK parts removed, I was informed I would have to pay $300 labor. Then I was refused service all together. Steer clear of this place they're snakes, only out to make a buck. They don't care about what kind of product they put out or how lousy they treat people.

Outstanding people. Outstanding service. Fair prices., Why would you go anywhere else?
