Good food but bad service. The worst service I ever had

We eat at Rabideauxs all the time! Best hamburgers and boudin I've ever eaten! They aren't a fast food restaurant so sometimes it takes about 20 minutes to get food if you order something that has to be cooked. The onion rings are homemade not frozen! This place is always packed because the local people know how good it is and they get a lot of interstate traffic! Unlike the other review I've never had an issue where I've been dissatisfied! I highly recommend Rabideauxs! :)

I like their food, and it is consistent. They are overwhelmed most of the time, and lack of quality workers is the norm in this area. No excuses, they should limit service instead of providing less than desirable service or food. They are not Cheap!

THIS WAS RECOMMENDED TO US AS A GOOD PLACE TO EAT! IT WAS A DISASTER! WE GOT THERE AFTER THE LUNCH WAS OVER! THEY JUST WERE NOT FRIENDLY. THE FOOD TURNED OUT TO BE PRETTY GOOD AFTER WE HAD TO GO BACK SEVERAL TIMES TO GET WHAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN PUT ON TO BEGIN WITH. WE ordered CHIKEN TENDERS AND STEAK FRIES. THE STEAK FRIES WERE DRIED OUT. WE HAD TO ASK FOR THE GRAVEY(THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN PUT ON THE PLATE) 2 TIMES. WE ORDERED PIZZA, HAD TO WAIT 30 MINS BECAUSE THE OVEN WAS OFF. WE ORDERED THE CHICKEN LUNCH WHICH WAS SUPPOSE TO HAVE BELL PEPPERS, ONIONS AND MUSHROOMS. WE ONLY GOT ONIONS. HAD TO WAIT FOR THEM TO COOK THE PEPPERS AND MUSHROOMS, AND BY THAT TIME OUR CHICKEN WAS COOL, BUT VERY TASTY. HAD PLENTY OF HELP BUT SEEMS LIKE NO ONE WAS HELPING... NO PERSONALTY'S AT ALL. WILL NOT GO BACK AGAIN. PIZZA WAS VERY TASTY.
