Takanami Restaurant is a dining facility that specializes in sushi rolls, entrees and specialty drinks. The restaurant s dinner menu includes Togarashi-crusted pork tenderloin, wok-seared udon noodles, and miso-marinated and stuffed chicken breasts. It also serves Atlantic salmon, ahi tuna, shrimp tempura and seasonal vegetables. Takanami Restaurant maintains a private room that can accommodate up to 15 guests. Additionally, the restaurant offers hickory-smoked squash hash, saut ed shitake, honey-cured bacon and oyster mushrooms.
