  With over twenty-six years of experience, Nancy advises clients regarding all aspects of labor and employment law. Her labor relations experience includes successfully representing employers in union negotiations for bargaining units ranging from very small to units of over 800 employees and advocating on behalf of employers in arbitration. Nancy also routinely appears in front on both federal and state agencies on behalf of clients dealing with employment-related charges and litigates labor and employment issues in multiple jurisdictions.   Laura represents financial institutions and creditors in all areas including creditors’ rights, lending, and compliance. She regularly forecloses and resolves troubled loans, including through bankruptcy proceedings and court-appointed receiverships.
