This is a great new place. They are under new management and it is wonderful. The new security make me feel very safe. Their new construction for apartments and town houses are beautiful. I will recommed this place for college students.

They make the apartment look almost appealing online and in brochures but it is HORRIBLE! I never lived there because I was just too terrified when I drove by. It is in really bad shape and some of the residents are really shady. I checked with the Iowa City police station when I went to rent an apt. and they said they are constantly called to the complex. Stay away!
