Areas of specialization include adult mental health and marital-couples therapy. Primary therapeutic approaches used include cognitive-behavioral, interpersonal, existential and systemic. Therapuetic issues addressed include (but are not limited to) depression, anxiety and relationships. I have licenses in The State of Iowa in Mental Health Counseling and in Marital & Family Therapy. I am also a Clinical Fellow of The American Association for Marriage & Family Therapy (AAMFT). Clients are seen Monday through Friday. I am a BlueCross BlueShield provider. Other health insurance is also accepted. I am located in downtown Iowa City.
