Windsor Place provides a full range of long-term care services to more than 1,250 home care clients and two assisted living facilities. It provides various services to elderly and disabled people that include transportation programs, outpatient therapy, adult day care, respite care, community education programs and support groups. It offers a wide range of services, such as at-home care, assisted living, nursing facility services and Alzheimer s special care unit. It works in association with various communities, including the Family Advisory Group, Alzheimer s Support Group, Parkinson s Support Group and Weekend Meals on Wheels. Established in 1992, Windsor Place is licensed by the State of Kansas and is located in Iola, Kan.
