I am a maintance superviser at a large senior living center. Mr. Smith came out to give us an estimate with several other contractors. He was a younger man with a lot of drive and commentment. He went above and beyond with his estimate and the work he preformed. He also came back a second time to fix a leak and he never charged us for it. I wanted to express my pleasure about the great experience I recently had with Smith Roofing. I had three small leaks showing up inside my home, and wasn't looking forward to bringing in a roofer to tell me I needed a new roof. When I called, I left a message, and got a return call quickly. David happened to be close by, so he stopped in to take a look at my problem. I expected to get an estimate and make an appointment for later repairs, but to my suprise, He told me I needed the boots replaced on my vent pipes, and he had the parts on the truck with him. The job took about half an hour and he was on his way. I was impressed with his very reasonable pricing and excellent service.
