I have used this business 3 times to fix minor hardware relates computer issues and never had a problem. This last time I took my same computer in, with what seemed to be hardware issues again. After 3 days I hadn't heard back, so I called to see what the issues were. He said he was still running a program to fix issues. I was told 2 days later I could pick my computer up and it was $150! (I was not provided an estimate.) I was not thrilled considering this computer is 5 years old, but I was happy it was "fixed". Got home plugged it in and it took 10 minutes just to start up. Everything from there was freezing. So I called the store and was told that I needed to delete my Adobe Creative Cloud programs all together to get the computer to work. The programs were working fine and I need them to run my business, but I did it and the computer still didn't work.
