  A&A Homes, Inc. has been involved with Community Service for many years. In Berkeley County, we have had the privilege to sponsor Little League and Church League ball teams for numerous years. When a call came to help Habitat for Humanity in Martinsburg, WV, we provided the excavation for the project. A&A Homes assisted the Bunker Hill Brethren In Christ Church to add their new addition. A&A Homes has helped area schools, March of Dimes, United Way, Wreaths Across America, Hospice of the Panhandle, church groups, just to name a few.

  The single-level houses are a favorite with all age groups. The styles are numerous, from a basic roof line to numerous gables and cantilevers. Vinyl siding is offered as a standard feature with many other siding options as an upgrade. As shown in the following elevations, we offer brick or stone applications. Siding can also be used in combination with either brick or stone. The house can be situated on a crawl space foundation or constructed on a poured wall basement foundation. One of the prominent features of a single-level house is the absence of steps, unless of course a basement is elected. Some single-level homes have optional bonus storage/finished area for now or future expansion. You might be interested in a split bedroom single- level design, which gives a greater measure of privacy to the master bedroom since the other bedrooms are at the opposite end of the house.
