Potential customers beware. This company goes door to door, signs you up at a certain fee, then starts your service at a "higher" fee. When you dispute they don't help you and charge you a cancellation fee of over $250. might be useful to bring your lawyer prior to signing up with this company. I rate this company zero stars out of a possible 100 stars.

Just so everyone knows, most of the "Positive Reviews" are from current employees' or their families that get free service. Which mind you is A LOT due to the fact they are friends with the Owners or current employees'. Not only that, the Customer service is HORRIBLE!! This company does not care about their customers! The only thing they care about is the money going in their pockets, and how many people they can screw over in a day. They miss pick-ups everyday, they drive the trucks over their weight limit on a daily basis, and as long as the Higher-ups look good, that's all that matters.If you have them for a service provider, my advise...find someone else....

Troje's uses unethical business practices to sell you a service and then doubles your bill. (Check their BBB rating of 'F'....BBB dropped them.) After the first year they increase their fees, and pile on charges.... $45 'recycling surcharge" and Gas Surcharges are regular fees. Your initial fair deal quickly becomes the most expensive trash service in town. Plus, their recycling pickup is unreliable and spotty at best. We are missed by pickup on a regular basis. Bait and switch tactics with lousy service....BEWARE.

On May 29th the driver who picked up my recycling drove off of the road and onto my lawn sinking his front wheel axle deep into my lawn. I called and spoke to one of the women in the office and she wrote the complaint down and forwarded me to some man promising that he would get someone to my place to fix my lawn. I had to leave a message. After a week of not hearing from anyone and 4 days straight of calling the office at various times of day with no one answering the phones, I finally drove to the office to cancel my service. The woman said to leave my cans at the end of the driveway on the following Thursday and they would be picked up. They sat there for a week and were finally picked up today. To top off the crappy service I have received, the driver who picked my cans up drove over my damn lawn in the same place the first guy did and caused more damage. I try to buy local as much as possible, but never again will I be one of their customers.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED BECAUSE THEY ARE COMPLETELY DEPENDABLE AND ON TOP OF THINGS. VERY FAMILY ORIENTED AND OUTSTANDING SERVICE!!!! tHE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS #1.
