Your company monopolizes the market, and due to that fact alone, you are able to have the worst customer service and turn off the heat to family's homes in the freezing days of winter. I understand making a buck, but if I had a choice to go with any other company - I WOULD CHANGE IN A HEARTBEAT! Terrible service, terrible company. Extremely disappointed - and just received another call from DTE stating they still haven't received a payment from me - I mailed a check, have an online payment that pays in full every month, and just paid over the phone with credit card...over $1200!!! Now you want more money from me? Oh wait, you just realized it was a mistake on your end, but I'm still the one with no heat...get it together DTE...you're an embarrassment. Please, at your convenience, turn my heat back on? Especially since I wasn't the one who made the mistake here, wouldn't you think I would be made a priority? Guess not...
