      i. From the front office to the actual room where Dr. Herrera treated me a s a patient, I felt welcomed and treated with respect. The doctor is caring, gentle and knowledgeable. Every work that he has done on me or any member of my family has been great. I would refer any of may friends to him with confidence. If I would have to give him a grade, I would give him a 10.
