Best Care Monitor is a Supervised Visitation Monitor Service in Los Angeles County. A Supervised Visitation is contact between a non-custodial parent and child in the presence of a neutral third party. We provide supervised visitations at various locations. We facilitate custody exchanges, assuring that both parents do not come in contact with each other where inappropriate. A Best Care Monitor documents what is seen and heard during the visit. Upon the request of a parent, a detailed report can be provided as required. A Best Care Monitor follows the standards of practice for providers of supervised visitations outlined in standard 5.20 of the California Standards of Judicial Administration and Family Code section 3200.5
