I cannot say enough good things about Benlo RV II. They have a complete RV supply store and their staff is outstanding! My air conditioner had never been used, but was five months out of warranty when I needed it during a recent hot spell. Fortunately, I had an extended warranty that Jeff was more than happy to deal with. A small deductible and about 20 minutes of my time and they had me on the road with a new upper unit. I highly recommend Benlo RV II for any of your RV needs.

I backed in to a very large rock and did major fiberglass, passenger rear storage compartment and door damage. I brought the rig to Benlo got an estimate and had them do the work. I am very pleased with the work, it looks like it just came off the showroom floor. Raoul and his crew did fantastic job of fiberglass repair and matching the paint on the door. He rebuilt the small storage compartment to like new condition. I highly recommend Benlo for the great work they did.

Terrible service on a warranty repair. Tech had no idea what he was doing. Told me that Dometic would not sell them parts for repair, although when I called Dometic they said parts were no problem. Wanted to sell me $800 worth of product which should have been a $100 deductible warranty repair. Dont ever use them!
