I normally never write bad reviews but I am forced to. These a-holes have lost my clothing TWICE in 9 months. The first time they lost it Im my first visit but I was forgiving and they reluctantly gave me store credit for 3 visits (though they still charge me my first visit). They second time they again lost some of my clothing and I was furious. The owner, MR Bally, was a total douche and didn't return my calls until 3 weeks later only to try to push me around and call me a liar asking that I prove (with a receipt) how much my clothes was worth. After much arguing he said he would comp me in store credit but I refused and was hesitant to reimburse me. Once I told him what I bought the clothing for he only said he would pay me 50% of what I paid for it. He then mailed me a check for the difference of $50 minus my visit (yeah, the 2nd time they lose my clothing). This guy, MR BALLY is a JERK and UNETHICAL businessman; even his employees hate the a-hole. DON"T USE BALLY"S CLEANERS!
