The best gym in the desert. I have been a member of 3 diferent gyms in the area,(World, Gold,24) This one is by far the best as far as cleanliness, equipment, and traffic. You can always get work out in. Machines have their own T.V.'s and the staff are the friendliest most helpful people. Wouldnt expect that from a gym but they are all veterans so they are not the usual staff you find in club. Only problem is that they only have 1 club in the valley. So if you live in La Quinta or Indio you should be OK.

Nice, clean, low-key fitness facility with a private feel.
