from the standpoint of a taxpayer who has recently had the experience of having this agency infiltrate their quiet H;O;A neighborhood with the placement of a "needy" family I think they need to do a better background check on the families they place! they moved a family in two weeks ago and we have been robbed of the peaceful enjoyment of our homes after working hard for 48 years I find it outrageous that we have to be forced to go without sleep nights due to all night drunken parties that last til 6am,beer cans thrown in our yard music so loud our houses vibrate.... garbage bags piled on porch and sides of house that rip open due to them not being put out for garbage pickup! If these people need taxpayer assistance for their residence expenses why do they have so much money for these all night parties? I question these so called "background checks". these people have obviously lived this way from wherever they came from . This is not new behavior..

My children & I want to truly thank you for installing a new energy efficient a/c, blowing more insulation into my attic, replacing my light bulbs with energy efficient ones, replacing the sinks knob heads, fixing some of my air ducts, rewrapping my hot water heater pipes, and replacing my shower head. I know this will cut my electric bill in half. My a/c was a 1986 and had just given out on us when you came in and replaced it. I also want to thank Crew 1: Inspectors: Tavo and Abrelio, The A/C Install Crew: Mike and Josh for replacing the a/c, Crew leader: Antonio and Tech 1: Louis and Tech 3: Even. Mike and Josh also came back out to install straps to the a/c unit in case of a hurricane or theft. I hope you will be able to continue to help people in need out.
