What can I say because there is not enough space to tell you all of the issues this place has! When I saw the model I was very impressed However that has quickly turned into a virtual nightmare! i have not been here very long and can not wait until my lease is up! As soon as I moved in All HELL broke loose after I signed my lease! The property manager in the office did not greet welcome me or even acknowledge the fact that I existed! she acted as though she as doing me a favor by moving here! She has the personality of a wall! As long as I have lived in apts I have never seen anything like this! As for the high rent payments I have no problem living here but the appliances do not work half the time! just in the short time I have lived here I have seen too many people leave and I am pretty sure these tenants are breaking their leases. After ! some research I found that the management company is Barrett & Stokley. They have no accreditation with the Better Business Bureau because they do not want their properties rated ! HMMMM Wonder why? While searching the webb for a new place to live after i GET OUT OF THIS HELLHOLE i ALSO NOTICED THAT THEY MANAGE MANY PROPERTIES HERE IN IPLS WHOEVER OWNS THIS COMPLEX IS REALLY MAKING BIG BUCKS While making his tenants pay rent for his home! Would he live here? I think not ! The property manager is the nastiest unhelpful dismissive person I have ever seen because I have never met her since in her world I don't exist and I'm sure the other tenANTS DON'T either! first n last year! I'M OUT! AND I WILL TELL EVERYONE AND ANYONE I KNOW DO NOT MOVE HERE!

Free loud nightly music provided by the guy with terrible taste in building 9. Trust me, you can't miss it, even when you live in a different building. Not a place you want to live if you like to sleep at night.
