Adult children who inquire about this facility for parents should be aware that they are understaffed. In addition, the primary staff are the owners. They are also relatives and make excuses for each other if there is a complaint. I would not have moved my parent into this facility if I had this information in advance. Some of the primary staff do not have the skills I would expect for everyday problem-solving. The facility and setting are attractive.
