A bit of a wait for help, apparently due to no bell or buzzer on front door but otherwise good service. In and out, just the way it should be.

20 yrs and hundreds of dollars spent in shipments at this UPS franchise. ok until a very small claim submitted...then its a totally different customer/franchise situation that is stil unresolved after almost 3 mos. Not a 'side job' I wanted to take on to get resolution to damages.
The owner of this store cares nothing for his customers and does everything he can to deny responsability for his own and his employees mistakes. I would not recommend using this location, in fact the service was so terrible I have switched the bulk of my shipping requirements (which are many) across the street to the FEDEX/Kinko store where I am treated like a valued customer.
