I ordered 2 black beans, fresco, 1 Mexican pizza, 2 orders nacho cheese. When I got to drive thru window, was told no black beans, I said ok could you please provide another Mexican pizza. Was ready to pull off looked in bag no nacho cheese, they said they didn't have an containers for the cheese, I advise to find another container for the cheese, they said ok but had me to get out of line drive around the building to get back in line, and my order would be ready?????? didn't understand that. Got home and my mothers Mexican pizza had a long string of hair in her pizza, it turned her stomach she throw it away. I called Taco Bell to let them know what was in the pizza, I asked for the manager and the guy said he's not available but you can tell me what you want, so I told him he was rude and told me I was lying because they wear head nets, I said young man I'm not lying, then I heard laughter in the background, he said you need to bring the hair and pizza back to prove it. I explained my Mom had threw it away, he said to dig in the trash and get it, then real smart he said ha ha see you later and hung up. So disrespectful and rude. I will never come back again & tell others not too.
