Maintenance is terrible, it took almost three months to get my leaking dishwasher fixed. My alarm system broke four months ago and they have yet to come and fix that. Then maintenance shows up and comes into your apartment when they have no reason to even be there and help themselves to whatever they want. There is a lack of parking, I usualy have to park about 3 blocks away from my building. There have been 5 break-in attempts on my apartment since I moved in about a year ago. I strongly recommend staying as far away as you can from these apartments.
