Pole Harmony offers pole dancing and aerial dance classes for fitness in Indianapolis located on the south east side near Beech Grove, Cumberland, Greenfield, Irvington, New Palestine, Southport, and Wanamaker. Pole dancing classes are for women ages 18 years of age and older. Classes are designed for women of every shape and size. Pole dancing is a fun way to get in shape, build confidence, and feel empowered through motivation. Pole Harmony is operated within INdy SHAPE Fitness Center. INdy SHAPE offers Zumba, Pilates, Kickbox Fit, and Belly Dancing classes. Pole Harmony also offers studio rental for pole dancing themed parties great for ladies night out, bachelorette parties, birthdays, or any other type of all female celebratory events.
