The Keramos division of Piezo Technologies creates advanced piezoelectric ceramics and composites for use in ultrasonic transducers and arrays. Since 1968, the Keramos division has been a global leader in the research and development of advanced materials requiring superior technical knowledge and production experience. Piezo Technologies supplies a wide range of the highest quality piezoelectric ceramics and composites to the manufacturers of acoustic and ultrasonic transducers. Piezotech, parent of all the Piezo Technologies' companies, was formed in 1999 to aggressively pursue business opportunities using piezoelectric technology, especially for ultrasound applications. The first two members of the Piezo Technologies family were Keramos, a manufacturer of advanced piezoelectric ceramic crystals, and Etalon, a manufacturer of innovative piezoelectric ultrasound transducers.
