General Info

Mike Lewis, DO has a doctorate in osteopathic medicine from Marian University. He completed residency in family medicine at Community Hospital East where he had the privilege of serving as co-chief resident. He has a special interest in a broad spectrum of family medicine, from infants to geriatric patients. In his spare time, he enjoys golf, basketball, fishing, visiting local breweries, board games and video game nights with friends, as well as boating. He is a Colts and Pacers fan, and loves vacationing on the beach in Florida.
