Our most popular type of massage is European Swedish, which includes long, gliding strokes with firm but soothing pressure to promote relaxation and reduce stress.We are the only source for European Swedish Massage in Indianapolis. Deep tissue massage is a type of massage aimed at the deeper tissue structures of the muscle. Deep tissue massage uses many of the same movements and techniques as our European Swedish Massage, but the pressure will generally be more intense. It is also a more focused type of massage, as the therapist works to release chronic muscle tension or knots. There is a $15 upcharge for Deep Tissue.
