As out of towners, we were looking for a good Italian restaurant. What we didn't expect was a fantastic restaurant with fabulous service and amazing prices!! We will be back!!
I went here with my family after church. Thee atmosphere was awesome as well as the food, but the employees and the service stunk. My Dads pasta was dry and crunchy and my mom got no sauce on her ravioli. We had to ask our waitress for more drinks. She should have asked us if we needed more to drink. 2 larger party that came in after us got there food and appetizers before we did. I'm not sure if I will go back again.
We were dining here for my mother in laws birthday because she loves their fried zucchini and the family style food. We've been twice previously, but this time their prices have sky rocketed. For eight adults to eat FAMILY STYLE (including gratuity and four beers total) it was $397. I called back to speak with the manager because I was unsettled on my drive home. He was very rude and unconcerned by ANY feedback I had for him. Nobody in our party felt satisfied for the money and we wont be back.
We've visited Maggiano's on several occasions and have always been very happy with the food. Tonight was crowded but when the clams weren't good enough to serve with the Linguine di' Mare, the chef came out to explain that she had put on extra seafood to make up for it and the waiter made sure we had a fabulous appetizer for the wait. They have a buy one take home another assortment of dishes which is a tremendous bargain. Portions are big. Maggiano's is one of the few restaurants that serves spumoni ice cream, so if you have a yen for that treat, absolutely go there.
