My wife purchased a grill from the Lowe's store on N. Shadland Ave in Indianapolis IN. The assistant manager Charles is less than professional, and does not care about his customers. I have repeatedly asked to speak to the general manager and have not gotten a response. When I finally got fed up with the run around, I called Lowes Corp Customer Service. I spoke with a lovely lady that seemed like she was going to take care of the issue. This has been going on for over 2 years. They sold me a grill that is falling apart I will post pictures shortly. After speaking with Charles today and basically being called a liar and that he was not going to do anything that was promised on the call with Customer Service. I realized that I am stuck with a $700.00 grill that does not work. Lowes has gotten so big that it does not value its customers anymore. It's apparent that the general manager avoids speaking with upset customers, and allows his employees to be rude. I use to love Lowes now its a joke!!!!
