General Info

Kyle Mazellan, MD, received a bachelor of science degree in biology from Indiana Wesleyan University. He received his medical degree from Indiana University School of Medicine. He completed his residency in physical medicine and rehabilitation at Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center. He is a physiatrist with a special interest in back and neck pain. In his spare time, he enjoys cycling, playing violin, landscaping, and spending time with his wife and daughter.
