This location of Dr. Tavel's provides horrible service. I had a doctor have to cancel an appointment because she was unable to make it, and when I tried to come in again, was spoken to very rudely on the telephone and in person (the receptionists seemed to be under the impression that it was my fault the doctor cancelled the appointment). Three times I was told that I'd be called back after a receptionist was unable to help me, and I never got a phone call. After visiting in person, the receptionist who helped me told me something completely different from the one who I spoke with on the phone, and acted very unprofessional in general (said something about one of the doctors not being good, unable to say when I'd be able to make an appointment, spoke in a condescending tone, etc). Eventually, I was sent to the Fishers branch where I was helped right away, no questions asked or rude receptionists. Needless to say, I changed locations.
