Dr. Kleckner is a wonderful Dr. and Kelly, his nurse practioner is also wonderful but to get to them, you have to go thru the front office and I will tell you that they are the rudest, meanest and most hateful group of women you will ever encounter in a Doctors Office. I know at least 3 people who have quit going to Dr. Kleckner just because of the women who work for him in the front office. Try to get them to call in a prescription or do a little work and it will take them forever IF they decide to do it at all. What a shame that Dr. Klecner doesn't realize that no matter how good his service is and how sweet and kind Kelly is....poeple will stop going there because of the LONNNNGGG wait and the people you have to deal with just to get into see him.
