I had heard so much about King's ribs when I moved here that I decided to try them. I wasn't impressed. So I tried them a second time. Same result. #1 for me is service and at King's there is a lack of it. Each time I went the waiters acted as if I was bothering them. If I asked a question about the menu they acted as if I should already know the answer. At one point the waitress took a menu and slid it to me and said read it and move over so I can get the guy behind you. I placed my order and paid for it. I'm still waiting for them to say THANK YOU AND COME AGAIN. But I guess they knew that after I tasted the average tasting food with small portions that I probably wouldn't be back. I tried it again. The meat was OK but it was drowning in sauce. They were out of baked beans and mac and cheese each time I went so I settled for fries and cole slaw. Slaw was really gross. Fries were OK. Had I received better service I would probably return for the ribs. Average at best.

Might be the best BBQ I've ever had. If you didn't know how good this place was, you might just drive by. Appearance is nothing fancy. They've even catered a few of my company's events, and our employees loved them!
