The J. Everett Light Career Center is a vocational educational institute that offers a range of certificate courses. The center provides is administered by the Metropolitan School District of Washington Township and serves high school students from more than school corporations in northern Marion, Boone and Hamilton counties in Ind. The J. Everett Light Career Center conducts lectures, group discussion, field trip, demonstrations and computer-assisted learning sessions. The center provides programs in business management, tourism, public safety, transportation, information technology, and health care. The J. Everett Light Career Center also offers certificate courses in communication, including graphic imaging, electronic journalism, and visual design and advertising. The center is located in Indianapolis.
