WOULD NEVER CONSIDER DOING BUSINESS WITH AGAIN UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!!!! We are a trucking company that contacted Hogan for a short term rental after experiencing a major break-down near Indianapolis. During this stressful time of looking for a quick temporary replacement, we were okayed by Hogan (at the corporate level) for a short-term rental, and then spent several hours taking care of insurance, finding a taxi to deliver the driver to their facility, etc. only to have Hogan decide they could no longer rent to us. Thanks to their sudden change of mind, it was after business hours and we had no time to find any other options. This left a driver stranded overnight and our company losing the valuable time needed to get a load delivered. Would never do business with again - a simple no at the beginning would have allowed us time to make other arrangements, instead they dangled us along for several hours & wasted everyone's time.
