General Info

Dr. Fisher grew up in Lowell, Indiana. He majored in chemistry at Taylor University in Upland, Indiana. He received his medical degree from Indiana University School of Medicine. Dr. Fisher graduated from the Community Hospital East Family Medicine Residency program in 2013 and was a chief resident while in training. He is the medical director of the Family Medicine Center at the residency's primary care office. Dr. Fisher completed a faculty development fellowship at the University of North Carolina in 2014-2015. In his free time, Dr. Fisher enjoys being with family, traveling and woodworking.
