i was informed that they do things by hand in store;grind the cheese fresh,make the sauce,cut the vegetables,make the italian sausage,they make the dough every night from scratch.i watched them bread the tenderloins and patty the fresh beef when i was making my order.they said that they have the breadsticks that made lawrence famous.the owner said "he is the best kept secret in town".i had the philly steak and cheese,it was the closest to pat's or genos in philly i have had this far west.my wife had the "classic stomboli" that she said "took her back to her youth".you really need to get some of this food for your family and friends.
