General Info
Community Reproductive Endocrinology (CRE) is a comprehensive fertility treatment center in Indianapolis, Indiana that provides the full spectrum of female and male fertility options. Services range from basic evaluations and treatments to procedures conducted with the most advanced assisted reproductive technologies (ART) available. CRE offers minimally-invasive surgery and diagnostic testing related to infertility and recurrent miscarriage, as well as diagnosis and treatment of non-fertility conditions such as fibroids and endometriosis. Dr. David E. Carnovale, M.D. is the medical director of reproductive endocrinology and infertility at Community Health Network. He is board certified in obstetrics, gynecology, reproductive endocrinology and infertility. For the last ten years, Dr. Carnovale was the director of assisted reproductive technologies at Central Georgia Fertility Institute in Macon, Georgia. While at Central Georgia Fertility Institute, Dr. Carnovale personally oversaw all aspects of the Assisted Reproductive Technology program. Under his direction, the first children in central Georgia conceived and born through in vitro fertilization (IVF), sperm injection, and frozen embryo transfer occurred at his facility. He has also been involved in a number of research studies that have been presented at major fertility conferences.
